The Review Journal Acknowledged Welt Law as one of the top three Disability Lawyers in Las Vegas

The Review Journal recently acknowledged Welt Law as one of the top three Social Security Disability Lawyers in Nevada.  It was an honor to be selected for our work in this category, as Welt Law attorneys Gerald M. Welt and Tiffany Welt Doctors, have a thorough understanding of the Social Security Disability system.  We have been appearing before Administrative Law Judges in Las Vegas for more than 4 decades.  Since 2020 Covid-19 changed the way we all do business. We have had the opportunity to do telephone hearings with Administrative Law Judges across the state and the country.  We are able to represent clients outside the Southern Nevada/Las Vegas area.  Most recently, we have been representing clients in Reno, Boulder City, Laughlin, Searchlight and Mesquite.

Welt Law attorneys and staff know the most efficient methods for navigating the application process.  An initial telephone interview with potential clients helps us determine if you have a case, how long it will be to process that case and get it before an Administrative Law Judge, and when you can expect to receive your benefits when we win your case.  Welt Law does not get paid until you get paid.  There are no upfront costs or fees.

If you are ill or injured or have a disability that will keep you off the job for at least 12 months, or have been denied disability benefits from Social Security Disability, please call us at 702.382.2030 as soon as possible. Then we can begin the initial application process, contact your healthcare providers and physicians for information, ensure that the Social Security Administration offices receive your medical information and prepare you for hearing.  If you have been denied benefits we will need to begin immediately to ensure that you are properly represented in a timely manner.

In the next weeks the Review Journal will once again ask Las Vegas who are the Best Attorneys in Social Security Disability Law. Thanking you in advance for making an inquiry on your need for Social Security Disability representation and for your vote in the Review Journal Best of Las Vegas competition.
